Summary

Join CPM's growing Aftermarket team as a Territory Manager in Eastern Europe, focusing on feed, waste, and fuel markets. You will be responsible for top-line growth, managing strategic accounts, and providing technical support to customers. This key role involves developing sales strategies, coordinating proposal development, and reporting on market developments. Success requires strong communication, technical expertise, and extensive travel (50%). The position is remote, but requires residency in Eastern Europe, preferably near Italy, and working rights in the region. Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Process or Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience in the sales industry
  • Worked in the Italian and Eastern Europe markets
  • You are an excellent communicator and business partner who can communicate on at all levels within the customers’ organization, including technical specialists, procurement officers and senior management
  • You are a self-starter, driven and results oriented sales professional with at least five years relevant experience within the oilseed industry or in selling technical solutions
  • You enjoy the travelling part of this position and are prepared to travel extensively (50%)
  • Language skills: Italian and English is essential
  • Although this is a remote role, you need to already be residing in Eastern Europe, preferably near Italy
  • You have working rights to live and work in Eastern Europe, and will not require visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for top line growth, with the focus on prospecting and establishing new sales in the oilseed, feed and alternative fuels industry
  • Manage strategic accounts including internal coordination ensuring alignment with customer, segment, partners, and global strategies
  • Provides intensive technical support to customers, including equipment sizing, system and process evaluation, design review, and ongoing product training
  • Identify and understand technical requirements of customers and connecting these with CPM’s products and solutions
  • Coordinate proposal development and technology offering with internal sales operations and technical teams
  • Reports to management and colleagues about market developments and new possible opportunities in the industry
  • Maintain records of all sales leads, opportunities and monthly visits via Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably experience in the feed and biomass industry, or something related
