Requirements

• 7-12 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• 5+ years of experience building public cloud-hosted application backends (Python, Java, Go) and frontends (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• 2+ years in ML/AI model-based application development
• Demonstrated success in delivering 3+ business-impacting solutions as a core contributor (responsible for 50%+ of production value code)
• Proven delivery of 5+ business-impacting projects and at least 1 0-1 initiative (startup/new vertical/platform v2 development)
• 1+ year in product development
• 3+ years in UI/UX design
• 2+ years in SRE (operations monitoring & on-call support)
• 2+ years in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development)
• 2+ years of Angular framework development
• 2 + years developing systems that meet HIPPA / FedRamp compliance
• 2+ years experience with on-premise application development, deployment & support
• 2+ years of experience developing systems that use, consume or generate electronic healthcare data (EHR/EMR)
• Hands-on experience with batch and stream processing of security-sensitive big data sets

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify ambiguous requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Build and maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for managing sensitive healthcare data (EHR/EMR)
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML-powered workflows and applications
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for efficient deployment and monitoring
• Support and enhance on-premise and cloud-hosted applications to meet customer needs
• Drive product innovation with a user-first approach to UI/UX design and development
