AI Automation Expert

Summary

Join Make, an award-winning software agency, as an AI Automation Expert on a project-by-project basis. Work remotely with flexible hours (15-20+ per week), overlapping with CST for at least 2-4 hours, 3 days a week. Design and implement AI-powered automations, map workflows, utilize no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com, etc.), and collaborate with the team and clients. Showcase your AI-driven workflow automation portfolio and experience with API integrations, custom scripts, and prompt engineering. This role requires fluent English and effective client interaction. Requirements

• Ability to break down complex workflows and translate them into automation logic
• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven workflow automation
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, Workato, or others
• Experience with API integrations and writing custom scripts
• Understanding of prompt engineering
• Fluent English and the ability to interact with clients effectively

• Map out workflows and document what needs to be automated, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives
• Utilize low- and no-code platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Workato, and Automate.io for seamless automations
