Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation
  • Proficiency in Playwright test automation framework
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for test script development
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for applications
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools
  • Perform both manual and automated testing of applications
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing methodologies
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in QA automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience with performance testing tools
  • Experience in automation
  • Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (e.g. Phrase, XTM, SDL Trados Studio, Translate5)
  • Experience with implementation of AI solutions into QA processes
