• Experience working with enterprise business applications, preferably Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, techniques, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend AI solutions for existing business applications
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement AI-powered features
• Develop and deploy AI models using techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and other business applications
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance when integrating AI solutions
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for AI-driven automation and streamlining
• Implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data analysis, and provide actionable insights
• Monitor and optimize AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver desired outcomes
• Work with BPM to develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users on the effective utilization of AI-powered features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of AI solutions and address any concerns or challenges
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues within business applications
