AI Community Lead

This position requires proven experience in building AI/ML communities, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Proven experience of building, developing and participating meaningfully in AI/ML communities
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to engage in technical and research discussions
• Proven ability to create meaningful value to the community whilst driving evangelism and advocacy for a company in the AI/ML industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
• Passion for AI technologies and community building
• Experience in organizing and managing both virtual and in-person events
• An expansive network within the AI/ML ecosystem and willingness to continue to develop this
• Natural relationship-building abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with strong project management abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment with varying projects and priorities at any one time

Responsibilities

• Represent Prolific at events and evangelise the platform to customers and prospects
• Help shape our community programs based on data and user insights
• Develop strategies for technical education and developer enablement
• Create opportunities for knowledge sharing within the community
• Plan and execute events and initiatives driving awareness and adoption of Prolific
• Drive our technical content strategy for the AI/ML community audience
• Collaborate on technical blog posts and case studies
• Shape our technical messaging and positioning
• Create and curate resources and strategies that help developers succeed with our products
• Establish feedback loops between our developer community and product team
• Act as the voice of the developer community to our internal teams
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and our Research Science teams on developer experience and help prioritize community needs in our product roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI/ML research or development, particularly working with human data and feedback loops
• Experience with developer relations or technical evangelism
• Experience building side projects or proof-of-concepts, demonstrating technical curiosity (doesn't need to be production-level code)
• Public speaking and/or on-camera experience for technical content
• Experience creating engaging content for AI audiences that positions you as a relevant and interesting voice in the AI community
