Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

- Familiarity with online project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom)
- High School Diploma or University Degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management , preferably in AI/data services or a related industry
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong grasp of AI data annotation, collection, validation, and transcription workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale AI data projects from initiation to completion
- Manage global, cross-functional teams across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality outputs through structured quality control processes
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets to meet timelines and deliverables
- Continuously assess and refine project workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and outcomes
- Utilize tools and platforms to effectively manage distributed teams and maintain full visibility on project progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R ) for automation or data handling
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of basic data structures and modeling concepts
- Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, memoQ, etc.)
