AI Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Experience in Productizing ML/AI - 5+ years of experience building and deploying multiple AI systems in production. Must have experience building AI products at a high velocity. GenAI Productization experience is a plus
• AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, ML, NLP, and their applications in production environments
• Programming Skills - Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages such as Java, C++, or Solidity. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus
• Data Skills - Strong experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data mining. Familiarity with large-scale data warehouses and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to break down complex problems and implement efficient and innovative solutions that deliver measurable value to our customers. Experience in a fast-paced environment and comfort with iterative development is essential

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external customers to understand their long-term goals and distill them into ambitious, actionable plans that drive success
• Own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven products, identifying opportunities to solve real-world customer problems in blockchain intelligence
• Lead the technical implementation of AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability while managing technical debt
