Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in a contact center environment or a similar setup, with a focus on workflow automation
• Experience in virtual assistant or BPO operations
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success Team to design and execute AI and automation initiatives that boost performance and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the integration and usage of AI and automation tools
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' proficiency in AI products
• Continuously assess and refine the service model to align with emerging industry trends and standards
