Requirements

• Outstanding academic results in the Australian High School or Tertiary Education context, demonstrated a 98+ ATAR, Premier’s All-Rounder Award, or another equivalently recognised academic achievement
• Ability to work methodically through complex problems step-by-step with a clear rationale. You use your quantitative skills and reasoned arguments to make clear judgments
• Interest in how AI can transform educational practices, with a willingness to bridge traditional assessment methods with innovative technological solutions
• All applicants must hold Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of marking guidelines, ensuring they are clear and comprehensible to the data labelling team
• Adjudicate student marking disputes and feedback to understand marking errors, diagnose feedback issues and contribute to the active learning of AI models
• Contribute to AI model stress and adversarial testing to ensure behavioural accuracy, safety and harmlessness of AI models
• Suggest improvements to how we mark, grade and deliver feedback to students and teachers based on your insights, data trends and feedback from various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in data-driven processes and governance is preferable but not required; training will be provided
