Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage AI-powered automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven process automation (APA), to improve operational productivity
  • Automate documentation workflows using AI-powered Optical Character Recognition (OCR), digital documentation systems, and document management software
  • Oversee AI solutions that reduce manual workload, increase accuracy, and accelerate time-to-value for complex operational processes
  • Implement best practices for AI-driven data management, workflow automation, and process re-engineering
