Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency and knowledge of Python. Experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, with a focus on proof-of-concept development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements for AI solutions
• Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions within our platform to address customer needs and demonstrate the feasibility of AI applications
• Customize and configure platform features to meet customer requirements, leveraging built-in tools and APIs for data ingestion, model training, and deployment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to prioritize customer requests and deliver solutions on time and within scope
• Help develop features to meet customer goals where appropriate
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the proof-of-concept process, including training and troubleshooting as needed
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform improvements and new feature development
