Summary

Join Fullstory's Data Management team as an AI Software Engineer and play a key role in developing the next generation of AI-enhanced products. You will architect AI infrastructure, research and deploy LLM-powered features, build prototypes, develop backend systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote role requires proven experience in designing and maintaining AI systems, proficiency in a strongly-typed programming language, and experience with cloud platforms. Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI systems, including LLMs or RAG systems
  • Strong interest and track record in keeping up to date with the latest that’s happening in the AI space, from new model developments to new architectures and patterns, and ability to apply that knowledge to systems design
  • Proficiency and experience in a strongly-typed programming language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models in a cloud environment

Responsibilities

  • Architect and advocate for infrastructure that’s needed to support AI-related capabilities
  • Research, experiment with, and deploy LLM-powered features with effective LLM Ops strategies
  • Rapidly build, test, and validate end-to-end prototypes to inform and influence roadmap decisions
  • Develop backend systems and help manage data models for efficient representation and parsing to support AI applications
  • Partner with design, product management, and other engineers to create features that simplify data management workflows
  • Work closely with customers and your team to iterate on and deliver awesome end-to-end experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Jupyter Notebooks to effectively communicate and collaborate on AI/ML projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable and maintainable web applications with React, Typescript, and related front-end frameworks
