Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of AI/ML principles and their applications in software development
• Deep expertise in building and deploying AI agents that automate software development processes
• Strong background in software engineering and an understanding of SDLC, with the ability to design solutions that enhance developer productivity
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and development tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of identifying automation opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain complex AI concepts in simple terms

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven frameworks to automate and optimise various stages of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
• Build and maintain intelligent agents that can assist in code reviews, test case generation, and identifying performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for process automation and drive continuous improvements
• Integrate AI solutions into our existing development tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Analyse and improve the performance and scalability of AI agents in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate new tools that can enhance the SDLC
