Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and manage product development initiatives from inception to deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, business development, clinical ops)
  • Work hand in hand with co-founders and senior management to identify priorities across the organization
  • Identify where to leverage AI to improve the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation
  • Oversee the adoption of AI technology across Topoโ€™s product development and clinical operations stacks
  • Engage with clinical and technical stakeholders to understand needs, define milestones, and ensure timely project execution
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, iterative feedback, and constant collaboration with our clinical stakeholders
  • Track and report on key project metrics to leadership team. Incorporate feedback into future roadmaps
  • Lead vendor selection and onboarding process for new tools for engineering and data science teams
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure the AI solutions are robust, secure, and meet regulatory guidelines for clinical data
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) for AI-driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a start up environment
  • Previous experience in clinical research
