Summary

Join StackAdapt's Product team as a Technical Product Manager and contribute to the success of our GenAI Copilot (Ivy) feature. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve Ivy, supporting clients and internal stakeholders. This role demands experience shipping successful digital products, a data-driven approach, and strong communication skills. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, welcoming candidates from across the US and Canada. You will be responsible for researching user needs, developing product vision, ensuring attention to detail, delivering products end-to-end, and communicating effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in product management within a digital SaaS environment, specifically within advertising technologies and GenAI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping products as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company (and can speak to their successes)
  • Prior experience with advertising technologies and AdTech
  • Prior experience building products using LLMs and GenAI
  • Understand Product Management craft and theory. You can speak intelligently about Product Management practices and have the practical experience to back it up
  • You live in the weeds and can speak about how you can zoom in and out as needed to optimize our process as effectively as possible
  • Wearing multiple hats is second nature to you; one minute, you could be talking technical details on a ticket, and the next you’re presenting your ideas to the Revenue team without skipping a beat
  • An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices
  • An in-depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics
  • You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose - ensuring alignment across stakeholders and focusing on the KPIs and metrics you’re moving
  • You understand what it means to lead by influence, not formal authority

Responsibilities

  • Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities; translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision
  • Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, which helps you forge ahead, ensuring that we’re accomplishing our goals day by day
  • Be hyper-focused on every last detail, ensuring we’re always working on the most impactful feature
  • Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers
  • Communicate precisely across the organization to ensure everyone who needs to be informed is at the correct time
  • Driving strategic cross-functional alignment to deliver a cohesive, best-in-class AI product experience that seamlessly integrates across our entire portfolio
  • Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customer-facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear
