AI Product Manager

Summary

Join Arize AI, a leading AI observability and evaluation platform company, as a Product Manager focusing on our LLM product, Evals. You will own and develop a significant portion of the core product roadmap, engaging with customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating market analysis into product requirements. This role requires 2-3+ years of relevant product management experience or AI/ML experience with strong product ownership. You will leverage your technical understanding in AI/ML/CV to contribute to Arize AI's main product offering. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant product management experience or previous AI/ML experience with strong product ownership
• Strong track record of building in a technical domain while shipping quickly and efficiently
• Willingness to get your hands dirty with code!
• Experience and/or knowledge of working within machine learning, or data platforms and infrastructure
• Experience working directly with customers and promoting community discussions to gather client feedback
• Experience driving data-informed product strategy into production

Responsibilities

• Own, strategize, and develop a large portion of Arize AI’s core product roadmap
• Be involved in all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation to creation
• Engage with customers directly to gather meaningful insight and feedback
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to drive product strategy into production
• Communicate and integrate competitive analysis, usability research, and market analysis into product requirements
• Utilize your understanding in AI/ML/CV or related technical space to contribute to Arize AI’s main product offering

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous engineering and/or tech lead experience
• Experience in API design
• Early startup experience
• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools
