AI Trainer – Change Management Specialist

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to explain complex AI concepts simply. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Copilot and fluency in English and French/Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Education, or Organizational Development)
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs, with at least 2 years focused on AI-related technologies and/or change management
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot
• Multi / Bi lingual (English & French / Spanish)
• Proven experience in leading organizational change, particularly in technology-driven transformations
• Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can be integrated into different business functions
• Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms
• Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt content to meet varying learner needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
• Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
