Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, or a similar first-line leadership role in a manufacturing or production setting
• Comprehensive understanding of direct supervision and coordination of production and operating workers, including inspectors, machine operators, assemblers, and plant/system operators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs and processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to learn new technologies related to AI training
• Ability to provide constructive feedback within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to enhance AI systems' ability to recognize and interpret supervisory tasks in production environments
• Analyze, annotate, and evaluate datasets, workflows, and instructions relevant to supervisory roles overseeing operators, inspectors, assemblers, and fabricators
• Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and applicability to real-world production supervision scenarios
• Assist in the creation and refinement of documentation and AI prompts, ensuring they reflect industry best practices with clarity and precision
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of AI-driven training materials
• Offer actionable feedback, emphasizing the nuances of direct supervision and coordination within a production context
• Promote safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency in all training initiatives
