Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising and coordinating retail sales staff in establishments or departmental settings

• Ability to document and explain complex retail scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time capacity
• Expertise in store operations from roles such as Department Manager, Store Manager, or Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on the daily responsibilities and challenges faced by first-line supervisors of retail sales workers
• Train, evaluate, and annotate AI models using real-world retail management scenarios to ensure high-quality and relevant outputs
• Create and review training data encompassing tasks like purchasing, budgeting, personnel management, and customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy and applicability of AI-driven solutions for retail environments
• Identify performance gaps in AI and propose actionable improvements based on your frontline supervisory experience
• Clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations in both written and verbal forms
