Summary

The candidate must be a US Citizen, able to attain low-level security clearance, have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Expertise in the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model training, serving, and monitoring
• Experience in building scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of ethics in AI, including bias mitigation, fairness, PII/PHI data and privacy concerns
• Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific business use cases
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including IaC, CI/CD for ML models, version control for data and models, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
