This role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI algorithms in the medical domain, working closely with product managers and clinical specialists. You will leverage deep learning, computer vision, and NLP techniques to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of algorithm development experience in Python and a strong background in deep learning for computer vision. Viz.ai offers a hybrid work model with an office in Tel Aviv.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Algorithm development in Python
• Strong coding skills
• Experience in Deep Learning, and specifically DL for computer Vision problems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prepare data, and implement AI based algorithms in the medical domain running at scale and handling real world production variability
• Work closely with Product Managers and Clinical Specialists to understand requirements and develop solutions
• Develop data driven algorithms combining deep learning methods with classic computer vision/medical imaging techniques, as well as NLP and LLMs for medical text analysis
• Solve complex computer vision and text analysis problems, maintain, test, and analyze algorithmic components in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivery and maintenance of algorithms in production
• Experience with medical imaging
• MSc in a scientific field
• A people-person who is a team player with strong can-do mentality
