The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel sales, preferably within HR services or professional services. Strong communication, project management, and negotiation skills are essential. Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel sales roles
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with senior leaders and consulting professionals
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with referral fee models, alliance marketing, and joint go-to-market planning
  • Authorization to work for any US employer

Responsibilities

  • Partner Identification & Outreach Research and prioritize target partner categories (e.g., restructuring, HR, consulting)
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers at prospective partner firms
  • Pitch the Careerminds alliance model and value proposition
  • Partnership Development Structure mutually beneficial agreements, including commercial terms (e.g., referral fees)
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal as needed
  • Develop enablement materials and training resources to help partners identify referral opportunities
  • Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and pipeline reviews
  • Track and report on referral activity and alliance performance metrics
  • Internal Collaboration Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on partner engagement and lead flow
  • Provide feedback to improve partner tools, collateral, and referral processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR services, professional services, or B2B consultative sales is strongly preferred
