Requirements
- Has 3+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting firms, for example - Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Mercer, McGriff, Alliant, USI, IMA, Hub, etc
- Strong sales and prospecting prowess. This role requires creating new and perpetuating existing relationships in order to generate sales opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in rapport building, business development and pipeline generation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Is a hard working, self-motivated person with an itch to be a part of an emerging AI med-tech startup
- Is intellectually curious with sophisticated communication skills
- Has demonstrated the ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use that knowledge to sell to prospects
- Has experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Responsibilities
- Drives Swordβs relationships with key contacts in the consulting/brokerage community to ensure a strong preference and comprehensive understanding about our solutions and capability
- Collaborates with key groups at Sword (product, marketing, sales, account management) to ensure our priorities are informed by needs and priorities expressed by market influencers
- Partners closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistency of message across various touch-points and assist RVPs in sourcing early stage opportunities associated with owned accounts
- Educates consultants on our digital MSK therapy solution through response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face/web demonstrations, lunch & learns, and email campaigns
- Document, map, and cultivate key contacts and offices within each firm
- Articulate Sword differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunities
- Maximize the value of Sword participation in various firm-specific vendor management initiatives
- Facilitate periodic top-to-top meetings to discuss trends, successes, and opportunities to grow together
- Facilitate annual cycle of meetings to further relationships and build understanding of Sword solutions and capabilities
- Coordinate Sword participation in events sponsored by the consulting firms which further our mutual business opportunities
- Build pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated markets
- Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.com
- Manage our Alliance Teamβs Salesforce.com database for your specific firms
