Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support program improvements and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the content team on the submission and maintenance of content, ensuring it meets quality standards and timely response
• Coordinate with external teams such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless, efficient program execution
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate event proposals and other ambassador-related activities
• Analyze content performance and provide feedback to optimize future submissions
• Maintain the health and hygiene of the ambassador database on AirTable, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Keep thorough documentation of all program activities, making it easily accessible and shareable with the team
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
