Join OKX, a leading crypto exchange, as a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead LATAM influencer and affiliate growth. You will lead a team, manage key partnerships, and develop scalable strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness. This pivotal role demands both hands-on execution and strategic planning. Responsibilities include owning the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy, managing a team of business developers, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, designing and overseeing influencer campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, optimizing campaign performance, and developing scalable processes. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in business development and influencer marketing, particularly within the crypto or fintech sectors. A deep understanding of the LATAM crypto landscape and fluency in Spanish and English are essential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or affiliate partnerships—preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech
- Proven success managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment
- In-depth knowledge of KOL and affiliate acquisition channels, metrics, and best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns through data and performance analysis
- Deep understanding of the LATAM crypto landscape and key players in the space
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed team
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy across LATAM, aligned with overall regional growth objectives
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of Business Developers focused on KOL partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliate acquisition
- Identify and build high-impact relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate networks
- Design and oversee localized, data-driven influencer campaigns to drive user growth and brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Growth, Product, Brand, Legal, Ops) to launch integrated campaigns and ensure alignment across functions
- Optimize KOL and affiliate performance using campaign analytics and performance dashboards
- Develop scalable onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking processes for new KOLs and affiliates
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify new opportunities and improve strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, PartnerStack, or other affiliate/KOL management platforms
- Previous experience scaling influencer or ambassador programs in new markets
- Passion for blockchain, DeFi, and crypto communities
