Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ progressive revenue cycle experience
  • Two years management experience
  • Three to five years of experience working with ASC revenue cycle billing and coding within a fast pace, high growth company
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance metrics and achieving measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions to drive operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client interactions
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of revenue cycle specialists dedicated to enhancing the financial success of ambulatory surgery center clients
  • Ensure strict compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance performance metrics related to revenue cycle, such as billing efficiency, denial management, and revenue optimization
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions accordingly
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Trajectory RCS and clients, maintaining regular communication to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, and tailor revenue cycle solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in ASC revenue cycle management and integrate this knowledge into operational strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue cycle processes and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements as necessary to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
