AML Product Manager

Summary

The job is for an experienced Product Manager in crypto-compliance software, involving creating specifications, collecting user requirements, managing developers, testing, and analyzing user experience metrics. The role allows remote work and offers a yearly team trip.

Requirements

• Demonstrated successful project management skills in one or more of the following areas: FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, AML, Compliance, KYT, Transaction Monitoring (Fiat or crypto), Data analytic tools, SaaS and cloud platforms
• Computer science, IT - education and/or experience
• Product management in fintech or compliance
• Project management, scrum, team leadership
• Development methodology, CI, QA, UX, design patterns, software architecture
• Financial compliance, risk assessment, AML technologies
• Forensic investigations in financial or crypto

Responsibilities

• Creating specifications on software design
• Collect user requirements from the potential clients and convert it to technical specs
• Distributing tasks for developers and tracking their success
• Helping developers execute their tasks and leading the process
• Create product tests and tracking the coverage and execution of the plan
• Deliver product in stages to customers and collect feedback
• Implement continuous integration and test process for the product software
• Setup monitoring system for automatic runtime test execution and system health
• Implement collecting user experience metrics and analyse them
