Senior Product Manager

Summary

This job description is for a Product Manager position at Binance, responsible for globalizing P2P fiat products on mobile apps. The role requires deep experience in large-scale, global product development cycles, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Web 3 and DeFi ecosystems.

Requirements

• Deep experience in launching and managing large-scale, global product development cycles with a track record of successful outcomes
• 5+ years of product management experience plus relevant technical expertise
• Methodically determine customer needs, run prototypes and project iterations as well as make data-driven decisions for product optimizations
• Experience with analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive changes in product and growth across the company
• Ability to specify product requirements in a clear, succinct manner and work with engineers to deliver on specifications
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with being involved in multiple roles and projects at the same time and keep them on schedule
• Strong collaboration skills to influence and inspire internal business teams and cross-functional team to drive product adoption and market share
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
• Relevant app product experience from internet companies, preferably with e-commerce or peer-to-peer product experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for P2P fiat product globalization on mobile apps
• Develop product strategies aligned with business goals
• Create and maintain the app product roadmap, milestones and backlog
• Drive global product & feature shipment and lead beta programs
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and business stakeholders
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback and facilitate user studies
• Conduct market research and analyze data for different regions
• Work closely with oversea/local operations to deliver market-fit solutions
• Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams to coordinate project progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web 3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols and platforms is a plus
• Experience in AML and risk control modeling is a plus
