Ams Consultant

Summary

Join be one solutions, a global ERP partner, as a French-speaking AMS Consultant! Based in the EMEA team, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing training on SAP Business One. This position requires extensive experience in SAP Business One support, implementation, and upgrades, along with strong IT consulting and MS-SQL Server/Crystal Reports skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and French are essential. A manufacturing background is considered an advantage.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-ons
• Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation
• Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades
• Strong IT consulting background
• SAP B1
• MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Knowledge on deployments in Cloud environment
• English: Excellent (written and spoken)
• French: Excellent (written and spoken)
• Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
• Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities
• Service and customer orientation – Mandatory

• Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve
• Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage
