Summary

Join InfluenceMap, a global non-profit think tank, as an entry-level Analyst focused on corporate sector research. Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred, remote work possible), you will primarily work on the LobbyMap program, assessing companies' climate policy engagement. You will analyze data, communicate findings effectively, and collaborate with global teams. Full training is provided, and opportunities for specialization and international travel exist. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to make a positive impact on climate and biodiversity issues.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Outstanding analytical and data analysis skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex issues and data-driven analysis concisely and convincingly
• IT and software skills across a range of common applications
• Right to work in Brazil

Responsibilities

• Assess companies on climate change and/or biodiversity loss
• Work primarily on the LobbyMap program
• Master InfluenceMap's methodology and processes
• Specialize in corporate climate policy engagement in Brazil and South America
• Engage with key stakeholders (investors, civil society groups, media, companies)
• Communicate results effectively (written and verbal)
• Develop expertise in other areas (sectors, policy areas, geographic regions) as needed
