Summary
Join realtime, a company offering flexible, cutting-edge retail management solutions, as an Analyst in Financial Operations. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, interfacing with various teams, and analyzing accounting flows. You will ensure quality control in payments processing, create reconciliations, initiate new procedures, and maintain data confidentiality. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a comparable combination of accounting knowledge and data analysis experience
- Able to work hours corresponding to Eastern time zone, starting at 7:30 AM
- Regular and predictable attendance and schedule flexibility are essential for this position
- While not the regula r expectations, must be able to work beyond typical hours to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and strive for 100% accuracy

- Ability to handle and keep up with frequent changes to products, carriers, and dealers
- Proficiency in extracting insights from large, complex data sets using Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and power query experience required
Responsibilities
- Facilitates quality control for payments processing to and from customers and vendors for daily processing, which is the core of financial operations
- Maintains very high measurements for quality assurance
- Assists with making decisions when exceptions or process deviations exist
- Creates necessary reconciliations and verifies accuracy and completeness of data
- Initiates new procedures including setup, training, and documentation
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows security policies
- Works with multiple non-finance teams to facilitate troubleshooting and research
- Assists with audit requests, including data compilation, and process explanation
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
- Able to validate relevant structured and unstructured data from disparate sources
- Build pipeline to extract, transform, data for use in reconciliation
- Assist in developing processes to improve ongoing data governance
- Create compelling presentations, visualizations and reports to share analysis outcomes and recommendations
- Draw informed conclusions that provide clarity surrounding business products
- Ability to apply critical thinking when reviewing data and identifying patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Sage Intacct experience a plus
