Summary

Join our Marketing Team as a talented Analyst, Performance Partnerships, responsible for assisting the Performance Partnerships team in driving new user acquisition for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile brands. This role involves day-to-day management of affiliate programs, executing recruitment strategies, leading ideation and creation of materials for affiliate partners, and supporting all monthly processes focused on fraud mitigation.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience within the affiliate industry, agency or brand preferred

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile affiliate program
• Execute on recruitment strategy for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile
• Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of materials to communicate, educate, and provide opportunities to affiliate partners
• Assist with the launch, partner support and analyses of promotional campaigns
• Accurately prepare campaign-level, ad-level and partner-level reporting to support the day-to-day operations of the Performance Partnerships team
• Support all monthly processes focused on fraud mitigation, ad policing, order reversals, and more
• Identify and audit partner promotions for compliance and accuracy while documenting for reconciliation and historical record
