Summary

Join StackAdapt's Solutions team as an Analyst and play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives within key verticals. You will support the implementation of end-to-end solutions, ensuring operational excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks and timelines, identifying process bottlenecks, conducting data analysis, creating documentation, and contributing to client-facing materials. The ideal candidate will have 1โ€“2 years of experience in a related field, a Bachelorโ€™s degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools is required. Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of full-time experience in strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, product, marketing/advertising, or related fields
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with a proven academic record
  • Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills; able to contribute to presentations and discussions with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of end-to-end solutions by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing new solutions and workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and successful delivery
  • Identify process bottlenecks and help improve operational efficiency across solution development and deployment
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support the evaluation of new business opportunities and solution designs
  • Create and maintain documentation, templates, and internal resources to support repeatable and clear execution
  • Contribute to client-facing enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and RFPs
  • Monitor performance and adoption of deployed solutions; track key metrics and surface insights to the Solutions team
  • Support experimentation efforts by helping design and evaluate tests that inform solution optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Interest or foundational knowledge of DSPs, programmatic advertising, or digital media
