Join Aimpoint Digital, a leading analytics consulting firm, as a Sigma-focused Analytics Architect. You will serve as the analytics architect on transformative analytics consulting projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery and partnering with clients. Lead consulting teams through complex projects involving Sigma data apps development, analytics process automation, and data platform modernization. Leverage your Sigma expertise to develop minimum viable products and implement large-scale strategic modernization initiatives. Drive successful enterprise migrations from legacy platforms to Sigma and shape Sigma training programs. Support sales efforts and translate business objectives into delivery plans. Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities. This hybrid role requires deep technical expertise to coach team members and directly solve complex use cases.

Requirements

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
  • This role is a hybrid role with the majority focus on leading projects yet requires deep technical expertise to coach team members and directly solution complex use cases
  • Expert in requirement gathering, data visualization, and dashboard design
  • Deep expertise with Sigma in terms of data apps, platform administration, and dashboard development
  • 4+ years of BI experience (at least 2 years of Sigma experience)
  • 3+ years overseeing technical delivery of data and analytics consulting projects

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytics architect on transformative analytics consulting projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery while partnering closely with client stakeholdersโ€”from data owners and analytics users to C-level executives
  • Lead consulting teams (typically 2โ€“5 people) through complex delivery work, including Sigma data apps development, analytics process automation, and data platform modernization
  • Leverage your Sigma expertise to lead the development of minimum viable products, building production data apps, and/or implementation of large-scale strategic modernization initiatives to help clients optimize value from their analytics platform investments
  • Drive successful enterprise migrations from legacy platforms to Sigma
  • Shape and manage Sigma training programs
  • Support sales efforts to scope Sigma projects (with a key focus on data apps)
  • Translate business objectives into delivery plans, and ensure technical solutions are aligned with client needs and scalable for long-term success
  • Identify opportunities for expanded value creation, influence scope evolution, and contribute to strategic account growth
  • Manage client relationships, identify and influence new business opportunities, and drive internal initiatives to improve the team
  • Become a trusted advisor working alongside our clients through periods of technical and organizational transformation
  • Engage and lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve high-impact use cases across diverse industries
  • Own delivery timelines, technical quality, and stakeholder communication across your engagements
  • Support internal initiatives that strengthen Sigma delivery operations and develop best practices across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • In addition to Sigma, expertise with at least one of the following is preferred: Power BI/Power Platform, Tableau, SQL, or Python
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (plus)
  • Experience working with relational database technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery (plus)
  • 2+ years of direct client relationship/account management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of consulting with project management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years program management experience (preferred)
