Join Blue Acorn iCi as an Analytics Consultant and leverage your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to shape digital channel strategies for enterprise clients. This key role involves providing data analysis, insights, and recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying KPIs, leading strategy consulting engagements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, data-driven approach, and experience in digital marketing and consulting. Requirements

  • Have a broad range of experience in the Adobe Suite (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, etc.) and in other analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude
  • Be a business-minded and data-driven consultant

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise client and partner leadership (above the project and program level) including Steering Committee representation
  • Responsible for identifying KPIโ€™s, success factors and growing the business
  • Accountable for discovering, sourcing and analyzing customer digital channel visions (how it would connect back to their experience within โ€œAnalyticsโ€ systems
  • Works with product teams to shape the strategy and capabilities for key digital consulting engagements, supporting the evolution of the product and delivery roadmap
  • Lead and co-deliver strategy consulting engagements (i.e. digital transformation, customer journey, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Establishes cross-functional operation.ย  Builds support and alignment across a wide range of stakeholders, creates a strong network of relationships among peers, partners, decision makers and stakeholders
  • Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions. Attentive to client and project team needs
  • Advocate digital marketing education for the organization, promoting new technologies, digital marketing tactics and continually merge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep Adobe Experience Cloud experience with heavy emphasis on Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, CDP and Audience Manager
  • Broad analytics experience outside of the Adobe suite (ex. Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Broad MarTech stack experience (Augmented Analytics, Digital Experience Analytics, Audience Intelligence Platforms, etc.)
  • Knowledge of modern Analytics best practices and trends
  • Experience running workshops to elicit requirements
  • Data analysis experience
  • Business consulting with an emphasis in the digital channel
  • Demonstrate ability to be a leader within a collaborative team environment
  • Pre-Sales experience supporting sales strategy evaluating the customer digital channel objectives
  • Comfortable creating resonating/boardroom ready presentations for executive (including client) leadership
  • Articulate and logically communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Navigate digital marketing concepts and conversations
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of leadership
  • Enterprise account experience
