Summary

Join our Global Customer Success Team as an Analytics Consultant in Paris, France (remote or hybrid). This role involves working with European clients, leveraging your analytics expertise to deliver impactful solutions. You will utilize leading-edge analytics tools, partner with clients for onboarding and training (in French and English), build client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative team. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong analytics tool proficiency, training skills, statistical knowledge, and fluency in French and English. The position offers a dynamic, multicultural environment, opportunities for global travel, and the chance to work with top-tier clients.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proficiency in analytics tools like MINITAB, SPSS, JMP, SAS, Python, or R
• Proven ability to deliver engaging course content in professional or commercial settings
• Practical experience with real-world applications of statistics
• Adaptability to changing schedules and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in French and English
• Comfortable traveling across EMEA for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Work with leading-edge analytics tools to solve real-world problems
• Partner with international clients to provide onboarding, consulting, and training in French and English
• Build meaningful client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success
• Execute pre-defined services to ensure smooth customer onboarding and training
• Manage client relationships immediately after the sale and throughout the partnership
• Identify opportunities to add value through tailored problem-solving approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German
• Experience with data preparation
• German is a significant plus
