Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role
- Demonstrated expertise in Sigma Computing platform
- Proven experience configuring and managing Sigma Input (Rightback) and Embedded Tables to enable real-time, user-driven data entry and updates within Sigma workbooks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma
- Ensure data visualizations effectively communicate complex data insights in a clear and intuitive manner
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and customize visualizations accordingly
- Create and manage robust data models in Sigma to support the analytics and reporting needs of the business
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by establishing validation rules and data governance practices
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to integrate new data sources and enhance existing ones
- Establish best practices, framework, and policies for phData’s governed self-service analytics platform
- Manage and optimize the usage and access of the Sigma platform in regards to internal reporting
- Stay updated with new Sigma features, ensuring the company is leveraging the platform to its full potential
- Provide training and support to other Sigma users using your reports
- Partner with senior leaders across the company reporting and analytics needs
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the implications for the business
- Participate in cross-functional projects, bringing data visualization and modeling expertise
- Monitor, analyze, and provide feedback on report usage, suggesting improvements or new reports to meet changing business needs
- Stay up to date with Sigma releases
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel certification
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau analytics tools
