Summary
Join Experian as an Analytics Consulting Consultant II and develop reports/dashboards, gathering and analyzing data for various projects. You will perform data quality assurance, manage data workflows, and maintain Tableau dashboards. Responsibilities include performing analysis, detecting outliers, and communicating results to stakeholders. You will also partner with IT and BI teams to address data gaps and inaccuracies. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience, along with proficiency in SQL, experience with BI tools, and statistical modeling. Requirements
- Employer will accept a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Analytics Consultant-related occupation
- Experience and understanding of relational database theory and proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL code
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Qualtrics, Alteryx) and real time dashboard development
- Experience working with statistical models and experience in predictive model development (Python, R, SAS, etc)
- Experience in a data analytics capacity, experience with digital/online product, online banking and ecommerce environment
- Experience with Web Analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Premium
- Experience with Data ETL processes, AWS Airflow, and API based development
Responsibilities
- Develops reports/dashboards, gathering, and analyzing data, ad-hoc analyses of product / acquisition / marketing / CRM projects under supervision
- Performs data quality assurance with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams
- Learn to manage data workflows, queries, processes and scheduling to ensure dashboards are updated with accurate data
- Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards that adapt to changing business needs with minimum supervision
- Perform analysis, detect outliers, run trends, summaries and other adhoc reporting
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Is hardworking and reliable in the eyes of colleagues and business stakeholders
- Effectively communicate results to stakeholders
- Presents business insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
- Partner with IT, BI and Operations team to help identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
- Understands business objectives and KPIs
