Analytics Lead Product Manager

Summary

Join Experian as a Product Management Lead in Costa Rica, responsible for driving accelerated and profitable growth across the Analytics suite of solutions within ESS.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the credit industry
• Familiarity with model development lifecycle for credit risk
• Previous experience delivering analytical software solutions for credit risk management
• Demonstrated experience in working with multiple teams and stakeholders and executing roadmaps
• Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners
• Experience balancing longer-term projects with bugs and customer requests

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategy and roadmap for ESS's suite of Ascend analytical solutions
• Understand key user personas, customers & team members for Ascend's suite of analytical solutions across regions
• Develop and understand product-market fit and key features to scale products globally
• Obtain input from data science, engineering, UX / UI and regional product teams to define technical requirements for product development
• Build strong relationships with global and regional product management teams as we jointly bring solutions to market
• Participate in sprint reviews to ensure delivery stays on track
• Manage and track revenue reporting in partnership with regional stakeholders and ESS Finance
• Contribute to drafting business cases for investment in product development
• Manage backlog and communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners roadmap updates and developments to business stakeholders
• Provide leadership to cross functional team(s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities
