Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Sigma, or Tableau
  • Product-Focused: Deep understanding of how product analytics can drive business growth
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically about how data can inform product decisions and drive user engagement
  • Collaborative Partner: Comfortable working cross-functionally to create alignment between technical and business teams
  • Passionate about Sports: You’re excited about the opportunity to shape the future of fantasy sports and have a genuine interest in sports gaming

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of product analysts, ensuring high quality and impactful insights
  • Drive Experimentation: Develop and execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and contextual bandits to inform product decisions
  • Product Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of new and existing features, using data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define business problems, perform deep analysis, and drive the product roadmap
  • Data Evangelism: Be an authority on data-driven decision-making within the product and engineering organization
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to dive deep into user interaction and engagement data, uncovering insights and opportunities to improve the product
  • Storytelling with Data: Translate complex data analyses into clear and compelling narratives that inform strategic product decisions
