Requirements

  • Financial and Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of how AP/AR impacts financial statements, tech savvy approach and experience with finance software like Ramp, Stripe, and NetSuite
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented : Keen attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Problem-Solving Mindset : A proactive approach to solving billing and payment issues, able to resolve discrepancies with customers and vendors efficiently and professionally
  • Effective Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity & Hungry to Learn : Intellectually curious, adaptable, and coachable, with a desire to learn and try new approaches in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Generate and send customer invoices, ensuring timely payments
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure closed deals are correctly invoiced and payments are collected
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with customers and vendors and manage the AP/AR email inboxes
  • Support Finance by implementing and maintaining the finance tech stack for transaction processing and accounting
  • Work with the Finance team to optimize and standardize processes
  • Take on additional related projects to support team goals as needed
