Requirements

  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience
  • Good English, and German language knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration
  • Implementation Management & End-User Support
  • Helping the users in their process related questions (account planning/marketing/board processes)
  • Oppty types adaptation
  • Removing data, deactivating accounts in the TSI- Force Tool (Magenta Salesforce) e.g: in case of duplication, other technical problems
  • You will need to constantly expand your knowledge of the Tool, when new functions and fixes come out
  • Cooperation with the Developer and the Enablement teams

  • Sales Process knowledge
  • Sales Tools KnowHow
