Application Analyst

Summary

Join our team as an AMS360 Application Analyst! This is a 100% remote, 3-6 month contract position (with possible extensions) working with a client on EST. You will leverage your AMS360 expertise to support basic configuration, understand data structures, and contribute to integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of AMS360 experience within the accounting or insurance industry. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Prior consulting or IT experience is preferred, as is project management experience or certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience using AMS360
• Strong understanding of AMS360 data structures and data tables
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and typical workflows in the industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences

Responsibilities

• Support basic configuration of AMS360
• Understand data captured and stored by AMS360, including some idea of data structure
• Understand AMS360 integration capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a consulting or IT environment
• Knowledge of other agency management systems such as Applied EPIC
• Project management experience or certification
