AR Billing Analyst

Summary

The Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst will manage the company's revenues by keeping track of customer payments, preparing invoices, updating records, and following up with delinquent accounts. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, ability to work independently, and a background in accounting or SaaS industry is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks that help monitor revenues
• Keep track of money owed to the company by customers
• Prepare invoices and update records
• Contribute to accurate preparation of invoices, accounts receivable management, and safeguard the company’s income
• Process client invoices and ensure they are free of errors
• Assist billing team with discrepancies on invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
• Keep accurate records in the system and make updates to customer info as needed
• Reconcile deal information in Billing System with signed customer agreement
• Follow up with delinquent accounts, make collection calls, draft collection emails and letters

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS industry with recurring revenue preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software programs, such as Netsuite, is preferred
• Accounting background preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, but not required

Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000 - $56,000
