Summary

Bizforce is seeking an experienced Architect to join their virtual team for remote architectural design roles. The successful candidate will collaborate on projects, utilize advanced software, and meet project requirements while working independently within US business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years' extensive experience in architectural design, excluding apprenticeship experience
• Proficiency in Revit software with a strong portfolio showcasing complex architectural models and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creating ingenious design solutions within technical and budgetary limitations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines
• Professional architect licensure
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within US business hours
• A reliable home office setup meeting necessary specifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Lead and participate in the architectural design process, from concept to completion
• Ensure projects meet design, budgetary, and regulatory requirements
• Create innovative design concepts tailored to the specific needs of each project
• Utilize advanced software, such as BIM, to develop detailed 3D models for enhanced design accuracy and project coordination
• Oversee and manage architectural projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ArchiCAD, BIM360, SketchUp, VRay, BlueBeam, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Lumion 3D Rendering
