Summary

The job is for a permanent, work-from-home position as an experienced Architect specializing in Multifamily & Hospitality projects internationally. The role involves production architecture, design coordination, and Revit modeling.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in Multifamily & Hospitality projects INTERNATIONALLY
• Must be a Registered/Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in using Revit Architecture 2016 or higher
• Project management skills
• Ability to put together life safety, CD’s, SD’s, DD’s, and Custom Detailing

Responsibilities

• Take a project from concept to completion for Team Captains
• Produce Construction Drawings from Concept to Completion for Team Architects
• Provide detailing and redlining for the design team and client
• Collaborate with team
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
• Research and apply the applicable codes on a project-by-project basis
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
• Can do research on missing information/details/specifications for products, building systems, details, and architectural type
• Generate Revit models to share with the project team
• Generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at regular intervals
• Ability to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
