Requirements
- All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, auditing, insurance, or a similar administrative support role
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track data and generate reports
- Comfortable with a reactive workload and shifting priorities
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the progress of audits in your assigned territory
- Assign work to auditors, weighing factors like geography, skills, workload, and audit volume
- Track audit inventory, maintain detailed records, and respond to high volumes of emails
- Provide guidance and support to auditors, answering questions and offering administrative insight
- Serve as the first line of employee relations for auditors, supporting efficiency and communication
- Review and approve timecards, meal breaks, and expenses (primarily for California based auditors)
- Ensure audits are progressing with up-to-date notes and are on track for timely submission
- Create and present weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reports
- Participate in onboarding ("Boot Camp") to gain in-depth knowledge of auditing processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Nexus or other audit/operations platforms (preferred)
