Summary
Join the Area Sales and Education Executive team and achieve retail sales goals in an assigned territory, focusing on Sephora. Responsibilities include in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, managing budgets, planning and executing in-store events, representing the Fresh brand, ensuring impeccable counter displays, negotiating for improved space within Sephora locations, and maintaining high Sephora LOVE scores. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, strong communication skills, event planning experience, and flexibility in working hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, vehicle ownership for travel within the territory, and Mandarin/Cantonese speaking skills are preferred. The role requires continuous standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in a fragrance-filled environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Sales, beauty industry experience required
- Working knowledge of in-store retail environment is a must or experience in Sephora environment, preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
- Event planning and execution experience
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives
- Ability to work remotely, without home office responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals, as determined by management, in assigned stores throughout assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning
- Handle all in-store training of Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories, inclusive of Sephora BAβs
- Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to support assigned territory
- Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with brand initiatives while establishing and developing strong relationships at store level with store sales associates and store leadership
- Represent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards
- Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve location within Sephora locations
- Maintain above average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand
- Create store specific action plans to achieve sales goals in all doors of the assigned territory
- Establish and execute successful in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives
- Maintain above average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand and create store-specific action plans to sustain and improve sales performance
