Requirements
- 10-15 years experience as a brand builder
- You’ve built and scaled a visual identity that became iconic, not just effective
- A marketing strategist
- You understand the power of brand in demand gen and know how to translate creative into measurable business impact
- A media-aware creative
- You understand the fundamentals of media planning, paid & organic channels, and scaling awareness through strategic placements
- An IPO-seasoned storyteller
- You know how to elevate a brand’s market perception in the run-up to an IPO —whether through thought leadership, investor marketing, or brand reputation strategies
- A master of differentiation

Responsibilities
- Own the visual identity & creative direction across all brand and marketing channels—digital, social, OOH, experiential, product marketing, and beyond
- Build and execute top-of-funnel (TOFU) brand strategies that drive awareness, category leadership, and pipeline velocity
- Partner with Growth & Media teams to define and execute multi-channel media plans (organic, paid, earned) that maximize impact and efficiency
- Lead major brand campaigns —from concept to execution—including new market entries, product launches, and IPO-related brand positioning
- Develop and evolve our brand system to scale with the company’s hypergrowth, ensuring brand coherence across all global markets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and investor relations to ensure brand storytelling aligns with our business trajectory and public perception
- Direct internal and external creative teams (agencies, designers, videographers, illustrators) to execute world-class creative at speed and scale
- Measure and optimize creative impact, using data to inform iteration while keeping artistic integrity intact
- Ensure our brand is IPO-ready —commanding attention, credibility, and valuation
Preferred Qualifications
